BECOME A CHILD AGAIN
I know we can’t really go back. We can’t shrink down in size, erase all our memories, simply go back.
But, in spirit, we can. And it might be good if we did.
Life has been rough this year. Tonight is Christmas Eve. Go to church if you can for a Christmas Eve service. Listen to one on the radio. Play some classic carols. Read the Christmas story from the Bible again. When you can, stop. It is Christmas Eve. Stop what you are doing. Stop what you are thinking. Stop worrying about yesterday or tomorrow.
Stop, and in spirit, become a child again. It is a gift that Christmas brings to you, a really, really good gift.
