NAVIGATING CHANGE TOGETHER
Hi,
Thank you for your interest in this new Facebook Community called “Navigating Change Together”.
If you are facing some kind of change in your life, if you are considering making a change in your life, if you are leading people through change, this community might be just the thing for you. Every one of us in this community is confronting a transition in our professional or personal life. We are experiencing some of what you are experiencing. We are learning how to keep moving toward the destination we want to achieve.
We are gaining clarity. We are achieving results. You can too.
Every day you will find new resources, support, ideas, encouragement, and more. These will help you take the next step through what we call the “messy middle.”
You will be able to assist others. They will bring value to you.
I draw on my many years of experience as a pastor and military chaplain as well as my extensive research in this area of change. I take great pleasure in seeing people grow, achieve breakthroughs, get from where they are to where they want to be. This group is an extension of my one-on-one coaching, facilitation of masterminds, coaching groups, speaking, and teaching.
Here is a link to the community on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/navigatingchangetogether

“Not one to blow his own horn, I’ve had to piece together over time who and what Harland is: an exceptional leader gifted with integrity, energy, intelligence, and courage. I learn something every time I watch him guide a group of people through processes of discovery, or decision making, or planning. He asks questions that guide without judgment, he really listens, and he always lands the plane. I believe I’m a better person for Harland having poured some of his life into my own.”
