If you have an interest and have learned a little but have never actually experienced a mastermind, this is what you have been looking for! Invest 90 minutes of your time. Commit to full engagement. Otherwise there is no cost. It is free.

Harland Merriam will facilitate one 90-minute mastermind for you and a few others. The maximum number will be six members in the one-time group.

Here is what is asked of you:

  • arrive on time, keep your camera on, stay engaged the whole time
  • bring a question or challenge you want to “brainstorm” with the group during your turn in the “deep seat”
  • agree to keep confidential what is said in the group
  • share ideas, suggestions, thoughts, questions when other are in the “deep seat”
  • have an open mind and heart

The agenda for the TASTER is as follows

  1. Brief introduction to masterminding by Harland
  2. Each person shares something they are celebrating at this time in their life
  3. A series of five “10-minute deep seats”. Each person gets a turn.
    1. State a short, focused, single question for the group to address
    2. Give a very short “back story” for context
    3. Listen as the others speak to your question
    4. Share one or two insights you received from the group
  4. Wrap-up. Clarifying what you learned about masterminding.
